Definition: Building

The building in question must be the place where you have elected domicile.

The domicile is the place where a person ordinarily resides, the one he gives as a reference for the exercise of his civil rights and that he indicates publicly as being his domicile. (a. 75, 76 and 77 of the Civil Code of Québec).
